Roasted vegetables §
Ingredients Needed §
- Vegetable
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Any other seasonings (eg cumin, paprika, etc)
Instructions §
- Preheat oven to (see table) fan.
- Line a baking tray with foil so you don’t have to wash it up afterwards.
- Wash the vegetable (if required) and pat dry with paper towels.
- Peel/chop the vegetable into pieces (if required)
- Spread onto baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper and any other seasonings.
- Use hands to toss until evenly coated with oil; spread out in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven until cooked for (see table) mins.
